The Tseung Kwan O – Lam Tin Tunnel (TKOLTT) is approximately 4.2 km long, connecting Tseung Kwan O and East Kowloon. It is to construct an approximately 3.8 km dual two-lane highway and the facilities and associated buildings such as civil, structural, marine, electrical and mechanical, traffic control and surveillance system, landscaping, as well as environmental mitigation measures.

One of the largest parts of the project is its landscape deck.
