Located in the East District of Tainan City, this project boasts a total floor area of ​​8,247.64 m2. Designed as a monolithic structure, it utilizes relatively few materials. As the contractor of this project, Fengyu Group procured over 7,000 m2 of DUO System Formwork for this and subsequent projects, making them pioneers in using the DUO System Formwork in monolithic architecture in Taiwan. The DUO System design also seamlessly integrates with the Taiwan government's overall smart ecosystem city plan.
